Perhaps, few Swiss readers have noticed that few posts have been removed from the Blog a month ago about. We have been waiting if any further posts will be made unavailable for Swiss readers.
Etienne Jornod and other persons named in those posts have submitted a "legal request". Few posts from Anemia Russia and the last in Anemia Suisse have been made unavailable for Swiss IPs.
Well, perhaps emotions have overwhelmed us (as any normal person) who has been confronted with unjustice coming from Etienne Jornod, David Ebsworth, Thierry Volle, Oliver Kronenberg and Siegfried Michel. Perhaps, we have used some strong words than the rules could permit.
The question is why do not they apply to a Court?
Simple "sorry" coming from them at the very beginning would be enough. They knew about this. Instead of saying “sorry” they have chosen a way of threats using well-known Zurich based Lawyer Company.
