Unwillingness of Etienne Jornod to resolve the situation described in the previous posts is in direct dependence with the hierarchy he has created and preserves.
Mainly it is because he has become strongly himself dependant on people from the hierarchical ladder.
For that reason it has been not an interest of Etienne Jornod to investigate activity of those people. He has preferred to declare later that "he has trusted to people who do not deserve this".

What's all that about?
In August 2009 Vifor Pharma (a company of Galenica Group) faces insoluble problem with its Distributor for Russia and becomes not able to restore supply of its iron preparations Maltofer and Venofer in this country.
Etienne Jornod has been the first to know about the sudden circumstances. He has asked former employee of Vifor Pharma to help quickly restore the supply of Vifor preparations into Russia.
Etienne Jornod has nominated his top managers from Vifor Pharma Thierry Volle, Oliver Kronenberg and Siegfried Michel to handle the case and provide soonest solution of specific issues for Russian deliveries.
Vifor Pharma has provided all required guarantees and has issued personal guarantees to the former employee with quantities of medicines, prices, delivery timing with absolutely clear statement that guarantees are in force until full supply of guaranteed quantities.
Deliveries into Russia have been resumed in full as soon as Vifor Pharma has been able legally terminate contractual obligations with its Distributor. New Zealand's Jefer Limited Ltd has been choosen as interim partner to maintain import of Vifor's preparations into Russia.
In the course of 2009 and spring 2010 Vifor Pharma has confirmed new orders of Jefer Limited Ltd. Orders have been out of guaranteed quantities and have been for total amount more than 400 million Russian Roubles (about EUR 10 million).
In summer 2010, Vifor Pharma has negotiated with Nycomed a new Distribution Agreement for Russia and decides to stop immediately all deliveries to Jefer Limited Ltd. Thus, Vifor Pharma has broken its own guarantees to supply all confirmed quantities.
Due to the fact that Vifor Pharma has refused to resumes deliveries to Jefer Limited Ltd, the last has been forced to open litigation with Vifor Pharma at Swiss Commercial Court in St. Gallen.
Vifor Pharma has offered a compensation of EUR 1.500.000,00 to Jefer Limited Ltd to close the case in the Swiss court, however, conditions the offer with unacceptable demands which involve thirds parties in Russia and Switzerland, such as
The offer of Vifor Pharma has been rejected with a demand not to mix all of their problems with their decision to discontinue the supply to Jefer Limited. However, the litigation could not be finalized since New Zealand's regulator has decided to liquidate all those off-shore structures in the country which Jefer Limited has had.
Still facing problems in Russia with other than Jefer Limited Ltd companies, Vifor Pharma has decided via Zurich lawyers from Bar and Karrer to send thread containing letters to third persons with demand to resolve problems of Vifor Pharma.
Power of Attorney to Bar and Karrer has been issued by CEO of Vifor Pharma Mr David Ebsworth.
Etienne Jornod has been contacted to stop attacks and threats to persons who are not in connection with Vifor Pharma's problems to provide free circulation of its medicines in Russia, as well as to promote a solution of all other problems in Russia.
Etienne Jornod has undertaken nothing and has forgotten that it has been his personal request to maintain continuous supply of drugs in Russia and keep Russian market share at the previous level.

Looking from the outside
Perhaps, few Swiss readers have noticed that few posts have been removed from the Blog a month ago about. We have been waiting if any further posts will be made unavailable for Swiss readers.
Etienne Jornod and other persons named in those posts have submitted a "legal request". Few posts from Anemia Russia and the last in Anemia Suisse have been made unavailable for Swiss IPs.
Well, perhaps emotions have overwhelmed us (as any normal person) who has been confronted with unjustice coming from Etienne Jornod, David Ebsworth, Thierry Volle, Oliver Kronenberg and Siegfried Michel. Perhaps, we have used some strong words than the rules could permit.
The question is why do not they apply to a Court?
Simple "sorry" coming from them at the very beginning would be enough. They knew about this. Instead of saying “sorry” they have chosen a way of threats using well-known Zurich based Lawyer Company.

Etienne Jornod.
Almost in every interview and any public appearance Etienne Jornod finds an excuse to talk about his family and how he is happy. At this point Etienne Jornod should be aware that he is not the only one who does admire and take care about his family but, certainly, is among rare cases within Swiss top managers to talk about it for wide audience of listeners and readers.
It is hard to understand and justify Etienne Jornod's ethics when he allows himself and his staff to use brazen attacks and outright threats against family members of his opponents in the disputes that have arisen as a result of the commercial activity of the companies under his ruling.
A tender father and a loving husband should be enough educated to realize that such methods of disputes are not tollerated at all in the Western civilized society unless one belongs to a criminal circle.
Like any tender father and a loving husband, Etienne Jornod will certainly protect his family and its members from direct or indirect gossip and, even more so, from any attacks and threats on peace in the family.
Etienne Jornod becomes deaf and dumb, when the people, he has surrounded himself and has introduced in his family, have transferred money of the company under Etienne Jornod's management to the offshore accounts and solicited kickbacks from partners starting in Europe and ending up in Latin America. Any investigations undertaken by "stupid but not dangerous" employees of his company have been prohibited by him. ("Stupid but not dangerous" is Etienne Jornod's statement about his colleague Siegfried Michel.)
In fact, it can be assumed that such behavior of Etienne Jornod has been a result of (not only) love to his family members, but also a huge amount of mercantile love and benefits from transfers to Panama account of Lambda Consulting SA. At least, he is not intended to oppose this assumption as well as does nothing to investigate obvious crime within his company.

Etienne Jornod – “From top to bottom, think entrepreneurially”
Recently nominated as President of the NZZ Media Group, Etienne Jornod in his the very first interview to the NZZ talks about new way of thinking he would like to introduce by Zurich business newspaper so non-Swiss managers leaving in Switzerland could refer to the NZZ as “the first media title”.
This way is namely to "think entrepreneurially, from top to bottom" (“Von oben bis unten unternehmerisch denken”.)
“The NZZ Group faces interesting times”. This is what Mr. Hanspeter Bürgin (a freelance journalist based in Zurich) concludes after his interview with Etienne Jornod.
We have analyzed previously prepared answers of Etienne Jornod to Mr. Bürgin’s written questions. One phrase of Etienne Jornod in the conversation seems to be parable.
"(I) trust too long to persons who do not deserve it." („Menschen zu lange Vertrauen zu schenken, die es nicht verdienen.“).
There are no further explanations in the interview about this (suddenly expressed) emotional statement of Etienne Jornod.
We do believe that this phrase was born in the heart of the new President of the NZZ Media Group, thinking how to hide all the hassles associated with the person staying behind Lambda Consulting SA who seems to be as close to Etienne Jornod's soul as he would be a member of Etienne Jornod's family.
There should be really “family” relationship to explain why Etienne Jornod would like to keep the story hidden.
Lambda Consulting SA is Panama based offshore company and has been used for years as a vehicle to accumulate kickbacks from Galenica’s partners worldwide.
